Sheet Metal Pressed Parts and Engg Fabrication is our most Prime and oldest working Division. We are manufacturing these parts since our inception in 1987. Through-out these years We have constantly upgraded our-selves with the latest technologies and working facilities. We have hi-tech Power Presses of reputed manufacturers like SEW and Automated Feeding Lines with Servo feeder.
Our Press Shop contains presses from 10 tons to 250 tons. It is equally well supported by sophisticated Tool-Room. All our tools are Designed, Manufactured and Repaired in-house in our Tool-Room. ToolRoom is equipped with Wirecut, Heat Treatment Furnace, Precision Grinding M/c, Radial Drilling, Lathes and allied Machines.
We have experience of manufacturing almost all types (Flat, Formed, Drawn, Pipe, Welded, Assembly etc) components.
Since working in Automobile and Engineering field since last 34 yrs, we know the importance of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Consistency. We work at less than 10 PPM level with our Customers. We are Tier-II supplier to OEMs like Maruti, Tata, Mahindra etc. We supply almost 6~7 lacs components every month. We are Single Source to them for many of the Components.
We cater the needs of Automobile, Engineering, Agriculture, Electrical, Consumer Goods and many other companies through our this division.
